Sorry to those of you who have found our Find an Engineer search tool really handy, but who have been without it for the last couple of months. The find an engineer search tool was great in that it allowed you to make contact with a business in an area where you needed work doing, but the trouble for me (Jeff Scott) was that it didn't go far enough and it has been scheduled for replacement for some years already; unfortunately due the GDPR we had to pull the old tool, before the new one was ready.

The new tool is called the 'ifitstuff Subcontractor Portal' or 'ifitSP' for short and this is where ifitstuff becomes serious in terms of connecting businesses who need installations carried out 'Agents' and installation businesses who want to carry out subcontract work 'Installation Partners'.

  Keith Holness has been working for Alpine since 1981. A staggering 34 years of service to the company. However, on Thursday 28th May he officially retires from the role.
