Just a little progress report as it’s just over a week away, training is going well and I feel good.  Here you se me with local boxers past and present both of which were trained by my cousin Bobby they are right Willie Neil a commonwealth contender with 165 fights under his belt who is training me and who Harry Carpenter nicknamed the Sunderland assassin, and on the left our very own Olympian Tony Jefferies who has recently turned Pro.

Sounds like a proper outfit Jim, with that experience they know their stuff + im sure they're passing on the tips!

Use an ipod for the pre fight build up, it'll help u zone out without burning up as much nervous energy  Afro

Boxing had a real downturn in the 90's due to all the anti boxing brigade etc

Its great to see as its safer than Horse riding and motor racing  Roll Eyes
