Accreditation and Academy - AN UPDATE

Hi everyone.

I wanted to post on a few topics that have come up and so thought that putting it all in one place would be the best idea.

Firstly, as some of you may already know, Matt Leaver has left Verridian.............................(and joined Nokia!)

The next induction is planned for the second of September and this will be confirmed directly to those of you that have applied.

The next Nokia Academy events are planned to take place during the second week of September.
Again, this will be confirmed shortly.

Stu, How far north are they coming ?

Hi all, I have a question about the scheme if anyone can answer.

If I put forward my hands free engineer for accreditaion, who's name and number goes on the list? (My company's or his?)
Obviously, I'm not going to send him on it only to get his own number on the Website for his foriegners! Likewise, I know it's not my company that is being accredited but the engineer personally, so how does that work?

We only Accredit individuals as you rightly say but we can list him with your company address and contact details on the postcode search.

Likewise please inform us if your employees who are accredited have left or any contact details change.

As regards location - I believe the Academy events include one in Manchester.

The Accreditation Scheme inductions are planned for Birmingham and possibly one at Nokia HQ in Farnborough.

i applied months ago and have not herd any thing since ,are we getting any more accreditation events coming up soon .

Whilst we're on the subject - My engineer passed the accreditationat the beginning of September after having two days off (paid) to complete. Despite phone calls and unanswered emails, he still isn't on the Nokia site.

I did receive a phone call from auditcare a couple of weeks ago to check my address but nothing since.

I think the new lists are only sent over every couple of months,hence the delay .
Took about 2 months for me last year when i passed

To follow up to what ive put above.
I had to phone audit care to book my audit as i couldnt make mine.
And i belive they are doing the spread sheets ready to send of to nokia and veridian soon.
So i guess once they know your names will be on there .
