Profile pictures are encouraged also as this makes it easier for everyone to relate to each other and it also makes it easier to spot each over at meetings / trade shows etc. This formula that has evolved makes Ifitstuff that much friendlier and people tend to be more considerate towards each other when they are using their own name unlike other forums you may had experience with.
